Work with Dr Beth
Dr Beth Camp is a Clinical Psychologist working across the National Health Service (NHS) and in private practice, with over a decade of experience in public healthcare.
She completed ISTDP-certified core training with ISTDP-UK in 2026 and integrates Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) into her clinical work.
In addition to her ISTDP training, Dr Camp draws on her expertise in trauma-informed practice, including training in trauma-sensitive yoga, to support a holistic and integrative approach to psychological care.

What kinds of difficulties does Dr Beth work with?
Beth works with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, depression, panic, and difficulties with self-esteem or confidence. She also supports people who feel stuck in unhelpful patterns in relationships, work, or their emotional lives.
Clients often seek therapy during times of stress, burnout, loss, relationship difficulties, or significant life transitions. Beth has experience working with trauma and adverse relational experiences, perfectionism and self-criticism, emotional regulation difficulties, and stress-related physical symptoms.
You do not need a diagnosis or a clear explanation of what is wrong. Therapy can offer space to understand yourself more deeply and begin making meaningful, lasting changes.
